General Event Questions
Registration will open on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 5:30 PM with a Meet & Greet Reception. Registration will re-open on Thursday, November 21 at 7:30 AM with sessions beginning at 8:30 AM.
Registration credentials can be picked up on-site at Corporate Growth Conference Conference registration. The registration desk is in the Lucerne Foyer of the Swissotel Chicago.

A list of attendees of the Corporate Growth Conference will be sent out to registered attendees the week prior to the conference in the final attendee reminder. An additional list will be sent out post-conference. Please note that no contact details will be provided to non-sponsors. Pre-event registration lists will not be sent out to non-sponsor companies.
Business casual attire is appropriate for the event. We recommend you carry a light jacket or sweater for the air-conditioned meeting space.

Yes, we are offering registration discounts to anyone who registers in a group of 3 or more as well as our early registration pricing discounts that can be seen on our pricing page here.
Yes, attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 10% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.

No, the Corporate Growth Conference is a solely in-person event. No virtual event options are being offered at this time.
Yes. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis.
GIE Media accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Checks, wire transfers and money orders (made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) are also accepted but must be sent prior to the start of the conference. For information on where to send checks and wire transfers, please email us at conference@gie.net. Please do not send cash with mail-in registrations. Cash will only be accepted on-site for registration payment. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars and from a U.S. bank.

All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Corporate Growth Conference has secured a block of rooms at the conference rate at the host hotel. Rooms in the conference room block are reserved for conference attendees. Detailed information on the discounted rooms for conference attendees can be found here.
After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, and edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

The system will save all of the information you have previously entered. You will just need to log back into the registration system to complete your registration. To log into the system, click here and start the registration process.
All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or e-mailed. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by October 30, 2024. No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2024, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Corporate Growth Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs. Attendees can notify conference management at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place.

Yes, a discounted room rate of $259 per night at the Swissotel Chicago. Information on the discounted group room block can be found HERE
A block of discounted rooms is available at the Swissotel Chicago to event attendees at special group rates of $259.00 per night plus tax for a single/double occupancy until October 9, 2024, or until the room block is full.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-737-9477 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hrs. prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.
