The discounted room block at the Fairmont Chicago is now closed. Attendees who still need accommodations may contact the Fairmont Chicago directly online using the link above or by phone (312) 565-8000 to inquire about the best available rate or explore nearby hotels for additional options.

Hotel availability may be limited, so we encourage you to secure your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure the best selection.

Check-in at the Fairmont Chicago begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Any departures after 12:00 PM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-866-540-4408 or see yourhotel confirmation. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours will not be penalized. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within 72 hours of arrival.

Corporate Growth Conference will be taking place at the Fairmont Chicago in the International Ballroom Foyer.

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Corporate Growth Conference regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Corporate Growth Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Corporate Growth Conference and that is to book directly through the Fairmont Chicago. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
