Sean Fitzgerald is managing director, head of equity private placements and a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, where he is responsible for equity origination. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Fitzgerald spent more than a decade at Macquarie Capital, where he was a managing director and co-head of U.S. Private Capital Markets prior to Macquarie, Fitzgerald spent more than a decade on the private capital markets team at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital. He holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Yale University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
