Miriam Rafiqi is a managing director on the H.I.G. Infrastructure team based in New York. Previously, she spent nine years as a member of the H.I.G. U.S. Middle Market fund, where she focused on the industrials sector.

Rafiqi is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing and execution of post-closing growth strategies and represents.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Rafiqi worked in private equity at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. She began her career in the energy investment banking group at Credit Suisse.

Rafiqi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the George Washington University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
