James Devlin is the CEO at Valicor Environmental Services, Middletown, Ohio. In his current position, which he has held since June 2017, he has helped the company to double in size in the past 24 months. During his tenure, the company also has expanded into new markets in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Indiana, Michigan and Maryland.
Before joining Valicor, Devlin held a variety of other leadership positions. He was CEO at ReCommunity, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, from March 2013 until September 2015. There, he was responsible for leading all aspects of the independent recycling company. He also served as CEO at Thermo Fluids Inc., which is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, from 2008 to 2013. He was area vice president for Houston-based Waste Management, where he was responsible for business unit revenue in Southern California, San Francisco and Arizona. Prior to that, he was a vice president of marketing and sales at New Penn Motor Express for three years. Before his tenure at New Penn Motor Express, Devlin was corporate vice president of marketing and sales at Browning-Ferris Industries for 11 years.
